Dr. Horning is a 1982
graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After three years of
service in the US Army, Dr. Horning went into private practice. He
specializes in the enhancement of the visual system utilizing vision
therapy and special optical devices. This service is provided for children
with a delay in development of their visual system and also for adults
suffering loss of visual function do to a brain injury or eye disease.
